The team from search for Common Ground led by its Program Manager Mrs Olutoyin Falade was at the office to identify areas where the two bodies can synergize on areas of peace initiative.
While maintaining that Sustainable Development Goals is key towards achieving sustainable peace in the state as encapsulated in its goal 16, Mrs Olutoyin said a Peace Architecture Dialogue has been initiated for Doma and Keana local government areas.

Earlier Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on SDG’s Mallam Abubakar Murtala Muhammad commended the concept of peace building by search for Common Ground assuring of his support at all times.
The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on SDG’s who said the present administration is passionate about peace, urged communities to peace as a priceless commodity that must be valued by all and sundry.
Meantime, Mallam Murtala played host to the permanent secretary ministry for women affairs Asibi Ogabo where he assured that gender equality and empowerment will top his priority.
Responding, the permanent secretary Asibi Ogabo maintained that she was in his office to seek for collaboration on how to enhance the living condition of women in the state.
